Jillian Bolak is a strategic leader with nearly 10 years of experience in enrollment management, CRM operations, project management, cross-functional team leadership, and brand design. She holds an M.B.A. from Georgia Tech with concentrations in IT Management, Marketing, Operations, and Business Analytics.
In her current role as Associate Director of Admissions, she leads regional strategy responsible for ~70% of incoming freshman enrollment, manages staff development with zero turnover, and drives CRM process improvements through Slate. She also chairs a 40+ member nonprofit consortium, overseeing board operations, brand strategy, and organizational growth.
